Project Need

The project is needed to address reliability issues by installing a second transmission line, the U170 115 kV transmission line, to supply the Nasonville Substation.  A secondary benefit of the Project is the rebuild of the existing B23 115 kV transmission line.  The Project will the provide the transmission line reliability that is missing from the current configuration.
